Instructional Coaching
Instructional Coaching is about partnering with you, as the teacher, to help you improve your pedagogy and learning to help your students become more successful and to provide structure and predictability in your environment. Utilising the Impact Cycle, we will work together to Identify, Learn & Improve.
How does it work
We begin with getting a clear picture of your current reality so that both yourself and the coach clearly see what is happening in the classroom. We then work to identify goals and select strategies that will help you meet those goals.
Continuous support
We meet regularly to monitor progress and, if necessary, problem solve until your goals are met
